Be ready for a sudden drop in visibility below one mile. If you encounter blowing dust or blowing sand on the roadway or see it approaching, pull off the road as far as possible and put your vehicle in park. Turn the lights all the way off and keep foot off the brake pedal. Remember, 'Pull Aside, Stay Alive'.

Southwest to west winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 40 mph. * WHERE...Coulee City, Davenport, Oakesdale, Rockford, Airway Heights, Odessa, Wilbur, Harrington, Colfax, Cheney, Pullman, Waterville, Fairfield, Downtown Spokane, Ritzville, Uniontown, Spokane Valley, Rosalia, Mansfield, Tekoa, Badger Mountain Road, Grand Coulee, Creston, and La Crosse. * WHEN...From noon to 7 PM PDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust possible anywhere in the advisory, but strongest winds and highest potential for blowing dust expected along US-2 between Waterville and Airway Heights and I-90 from Ritzville to Spokane.
