CAETN The following message is transmitted at the request of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. An AMBER Alert has been issued on behalf of the Franklin County Sheriff's Office for Lilly Hill. Lilly was last seen on July 29, 2026 in Winchester, TN. Lilly is believed to be with her non- custodial mother, Kasey Hill. Kasey is wanted by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office for Aggravated Kidnapping, Child Endangerment, and Felony Evading. Lilly and Kasey are believed to be traveling in a blue 2017 Kia Sportage with TN TAG 384BQVJ.
