* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. * WHERE...Portions of northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska. * WHEN...From 4 AM CDT /3 AM MDT/ to 10 AM CDT /9 AM MDT/ Thursday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog is forecast to develop east to west across the advisory area through the night. Patchy dense fog may develop just before the advisory goes into effect across Red Willow, Decatur, Norton and Graham county.
