* WHAT...Visibility down to 1/4 mile or less across much of the area. * WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central, east central, and south central Nebraska, including the Tri Cities. * WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous, including for the Thursday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...It is possible that at least localized pockets of dense fog could linger beyond the 10 AM expiration time, so a later extension cannot be ruled out for some places.
