* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. * WHERE...De Baca County and Guadalupe County. * WHEN...Until 9 AM MDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light winds in the sheltered locations of the Pecos Valley have allowed dense fog to develop. Fog should burn off within an hour of sunrise this morning.
