At 540 PM MST/540 PM PDT/, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 14 miles southwest of Cibola to 11 miles south of Wellton, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility with strong wind in excess of 30 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. This includes the following highways... AZ Interstate 8 between mile markers 19 and 44. AZ Route 95 between mile markers 39 and 64. CA Route 78 near mile marker 65. Locations impacted include... Martinez Lake, Fortuna Foothills, Wellton, Tacna, Kinter, Ligurta, Yuma Proving Ground, and Roll.
