Maricopa County in south central Arizona... * Until 1145 PM MST. * At 1046 PM MST, a wall of dust was along a line extending from near Laveen to near Estrella Mountain Park to 9 miles south of Estrella Mountain Ranch, moving north at 30 mph. HAZARD...Less than three miles visibility with strong wind in excess of 30 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * This includes the following highways... AZ Interstate 10 between mile markers 115 and 139. US Highway 60 between mile markers 135 and 147. AZ Route 101 between mile markers 2 and 9. Locations impacted include... Phoenix, Glendale, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye, El Mirage, Tolleson, Youngtown, Sun City West, Waddell, Cashion, Sun City, Litchfield Park, and White Tank Mountain Park.
