Maricopa County in south central Arizona... * Until 1030 PM MST. * At 928 PM MST, a wall of dust was along a line extending from Sun City West to Metro Center to Sky Harbor Airport, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * This includes the following highways... AZ Interstate 10 between mile markers 107 and 142. AZ Interstate 17 between mile markers 208 and 211, and between mile markers 219 and 221. US Highway 60 between mile markers 135 and 160. Locations impacted include... Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye, El Mirage, Tolleson, Youngtown, Sun City West, Waddell, Laveen, Cashion, and Sun City.
