HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 50 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * This includes the following highways... CA Route 78 between mile markers 14 and 30. CA Route 111 between mile markers 9 and 29. CA Route 86 between mile markers 7 and 35. Locations impacted include... El Centro, Brawley, Imperial, Holtville, Westmorland, El Centro Naval Airfield, Alamorio, Seeley, and Wiest.
