Northwestern Hudspeth County in western Texas... El Paso County in western Texas... * Until 945 PM MDT. * At 837 PM MDT, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 4 miles northwest of Santa Teresa to East El Paso to near Indian Cliffs Ranch, moving northeast at 65 mph. HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Traffic Cameras. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * This includes the following highways... Interstate 10 in New Mexico between mile markers 158 and 164. Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 1 and 53. Highway 54 in New Mexico between mile markers 1 and 8. Locations impacted include...
