At 922 PM PDT, a dust channel was 9 miles east of Carlin, moving northeast at 12 mph. HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility with strong wind in excess of 30 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. Dust is still moving slowly over state route 305, Battle Mountain, and I-80. Locations impacted include... Battle Mountain, Argenta, Trenton Canyon Mine, Mule Canyon Reclamation Project, Phoenix Mine, and Antelope Valley.
