The National Weather Service in Midland has issued a * Dust Advisory for... Ector County in western Texas... Eastern Andrews County in western Texas... Western Midland County in western Texas... Western Martin County in western Texas... Crane County in western Texas... Upton County in western Texas... * Until 745 PM CDT. * At 651 PM CDT, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 14 miles west of Lenorah to Midland International Air and Space Port to 10 miles northwest of Rankin, moving west at 25 mph. HAZARD...Less than three miles visibility with strong wind gusts in excess of 30 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar and observations. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 89 and 136. Locations impacted include... Midland, Odessa, Andrews, Crane, McCamey, Rankin, Goldsmith, Midland International Air and Space Port, West Odessa, Crane County Airport, Warfield, Upton County Airport, Midland Airpark, Skywest Airport, King Mountain, Notrees, Odessa Schlemeyer Field, Penwell, Pleasant Farms, and Cordona Lake.
