HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 50 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel. * This includes Highway 54 in New Mexico between mile markers 1 and 30. Locations impacted include... Chaparral, White Sands Missile Range Headquarters, Anthony Gap, McGregor Range Base, Aguirre Springs, and Portions of Organ Mountains Desert Peaks National Monument.
