Houston County in southeastern Alabama... * Until 330 AM CDT. * At 931 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Daleville, Cottonwood, Dothan, Headland, Ozark, Fort Rucker, Enterprise, Hartford, Taylor, Midland City, Kinsey, Ashford, Level Plains, Slocomb, Cowarts, Newton, Webb, Ariton and Pinckard. An extensive outer rainband from Isaias will produce heavy rainfall capable of flash flooding as embedded cells move southeast to northwest repeatedly over the same locations within the warned area.
