Southwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * Until 130 AM MST. * At 1031 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing between 1 and 3 inches of heavy rain across southwest Cochise county. A trained weather spotter in Hereford reported 3 inches had fallen in the last hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Sierra Vista, Hereford, Fort Huachuca, Parker Canyon Lake, Ramsey Canyon Preserve and Coronado National Memorial. This includes the following highways... Route 92 between mile markers 323 and 336.
