FFWFGZ The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... The White Sage Fire scar in... Coconino County in north central Arizona... * Until 900 PM MST. * At 601 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the western side of the White Sage Fire scar. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.25 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding in and around the White Sage Fire scar. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of areas in and around the White Sage Fire scar. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Le Fevre Overlook. This includes U.S. Highway 89A between mile markers 585 and 595. This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Rock Canyon, Jacob Canyon, Wildcat Canyon, Kaibab Wash and Johnson Wash.
