What the bulletin says to do
Flash flooding is occurring or imminent downstream of the Dragon Bravo Fire scar. Severe debris flow are expected across roads and in remote canyon drainages on the Kaibab Plateau east of State Route 67. Campers and hikers should get away from creeks and move to higher ground immediately! Stay away or be swept away! Get out of washes and creeks if you are camping or hiking! Flooding is occurring or imminent and will inundate creeks and washes.

Coconino County in north central Arizona... * Until 700 PM MST /800 PM MDT/. * At 349 PM MST /449 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the North and South Canyon Wash Basin downstream of the Dragon Bravo Fire scar. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding in and around the North and South Canyon Wash Basins downstream of the Dragon Bravo Fire scar. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of areas in and around the North and South Canyon Wash Basins downstream of the Dragon Bravo Fire scar. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Saddle Mountain Wilderness, Triple Alcoves, Royal Arches, Bert Loper's Boat, Point Hansbrough, North Rim Entrance Station and Anasazi Foot Bridge. This includes the following highways...
