Yavapai County in west central Arizona... * Until 815 PM MST Thursday. * At 209 PM MST, repeated heavy rainfall from thunderstorms across the region have caused a nearly 6 foot rise in Oak Creek at Sedona. Water levels are still rising. Flash flooding is ongoing. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
