What the bulletin says to do
Flooding of washes and creeks will occur, some dirt roads will become muddy and impassable. Paved roads and underpasses could become flooded as well. Low water crossings will become dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.

Bulletin details
At 737 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rainfall had ended. However, flash flooding remains a threat from earlier thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, and normally dry washes. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Hualapai Reservation, Fraziers Well, Yampai, Nelson, Robbers Roost, Grand Canyon Caverns Airport, Hualapai Airport and Pica. This includes Route 66 between mile markers 110 and 123. This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Diamond Creek, Truxton Wash and 224- Mile Canyon.
