At 418 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain had ended over Fort Apache and Canyon Day area. However, flash flooding remains a threat from earlier thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected....
What the bulletin says to do
Flooding of washes and creeks will occur, some dirt roads will become muddy and impassable. Paved roads and underpasses could become flooded as well. Low water crossings will become dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.

Bulletin details
At 418 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain had ended over Fort Apache and Canyon Day area. However, flash flooding remains a threat from earlier thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks, streams, and normally dry washes. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Whiteriver, Rainbow City, Seven Mile, Turkey Creek, Fort Apache, Canyon Day and East Fork. This includes State Route 73 between mile markers 332 and 341. This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... West Turkey Creek, East Fork White River and Nash Creek.
