Mainly rural areas of South Central Graham County. This includes the following highways... Route 191 between mile markers 93 and 111. Route 266 between mile markers 105 and 121. This includes the following streams and drainages... Twilight Creek, Oak Draw, Willow Spring Wash, Jacobson Creek, Gold Gulch, Owl Wash, Stockton Wash, W A Wash, San Simon River, Gillespie Wash and Dial Wash.
