At 233 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area are subsiding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring, and may continue beyond the end of heavy rains. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. Rock slides and mud slides. SOURCE...Trained spotters reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Rock slides and mud slides. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Lockwood Valley.
