Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen in an area centered around 7 miles east of Pueblo to 7 miles northeast of Pinon. Heavy rainfall rates of up to 2 inches in 1 hour were still falling across northeast Pueblo County. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
