Heavy rainfall rates are occurring on already saturated ground as this area has received between 1 and 2 inches of rain over the last 24 hours. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
