At 650 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across the warned area. One road had over 3 feet of water in the road within Muncie. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
