At 736 PM EDT, emergency management reported multiple cars stranded in deep standing water in Bowleys Quarters. Between 1.5 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
