HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Sullivan, Cuba, Bourbon, Anthonies Mill, Leasburg, Richwoods, Old Mines, St. Cloud and Oak Hill. This includes the following State Parks... Washington State Park and Onondaga Cave State Park. This includes Interstate 44 in Missouri between exits 203 and 218.
