SOURCE...Trained spotters reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Kenmore, Depew, Amherst, Tonawanda, Lancaster, Williamsville and Grand Island.
