Hancock County in northern West Virginia... * Until 545 AM EDT. * At 240 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain along a line from 10 miles southwest of Wellsville to 7 miles south of McMurray, moving southeast at 35 mph. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
