Northeastern Lamar County in north central Texas... * Until 1100 AM CDT. * At 828 AM CDT, emergency management reported multiple county roads flooded across northern Lamar County and that all drainage systems are at capacity. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen with more heavy rain expected to fall over the next few hours for parts of the warning. Flash flooding is already occurring.
