SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Grandfalls, Imperial Reservoir, Royalty and Fort Stockton-Pecos County Airport. This includes the following streams and drainages... Comanche Creek, Pecos River and Leon Creek.
