Northeastern San Juan County in southeastern Utah... * Until 930 PM MDT. * At 629 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.7 and 1.3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... mainly rural areas of Northeastern San Juan County including areas along Highway 191 between the intersection of Highway 211 and Highway 106 as well as Hatch Wash.
