This is a precautionary measure due to high rainfall, there are currently no identified integrity threats to the dams. * WHERE...A portion of southwest Virginia, including the following county, Patrick. * WHEN...Through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Dam failure may result in flash flooding of low-lying areas below the dam.
