* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Yenta River near Lake Creek. * WHEN...Until 345 PM AKDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1243 PM AKDT, river gauge reports indicate rises in water levels from heavy rain across the advisory area. This will cause minor flooding from overflow of poor drainage areas. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are possible. For Yentna River at Lake Creek: At 11:50am the stage was 20.2 feet. Flood Stage is 20.5 feet. Forecast: A crest around 20.9 feet is expected at 10:00am Tuesday. Impacts: At 20.5 feet: Anglers Inn & King Point Lodges will have water in several cabins.
