* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Baldwin County in southwestern Alabama... West Central Escambia County in northwestern Florida... * WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 501 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bay Minette, Robertsdale, Loxley, Stapleton, Silverhill, Gateswood, Rosinton, Steelwood, Vangordon, Pine Haven, Whitehouse Forks, Douglasville and D'Olive. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
