* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Alabama, including the following counties, Dale, Henry and Houston. * WHEN...Until 815 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 512 PM CDT, the public reported flooding in ditches in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dothan, Headland, Ozark, Fort Rucker, Midland City, Newton, Pinckard, Kinsey, Grimes, Napier Field, Currytown, Kelly Springs, Sylvan Grove, W.
