* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Elmore County in east central Alabama... Northwestern Lee County in east central Alabama... Southern Tallapoosa County in east central Alabama... * WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 208 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Camp Hill, Eclectic, Southern Lake Martin, Still Waters Resort, Martin Dam, Eastern Lake Martin, Kowaliga Bridge, Liberty City, Western Lake Martin, Blue Creek Marina, Yates Reservoir, Maxwell Gunter Recreation Area, Reeltown, Susannah Crossing, Yates Dam, Roxana and Central.
