* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Etowah County in northeastern Alabama... * WHEN...Until 745 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 441 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Gadsden, Hokes Bluff, Sardis City, Reece City, Noccalula Falls, Tabor Road, Crudup, Keener, Northside, Wilsonia, Gadsden Water Works, Gadsden Steam Plant, Black Creek, Rockledge and Mountainboro.
