At 131 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Western Birmingham, Bessemer, Hueytown, Fairfield, Pleasant Grove, Midfield, Adamsville, Brighton, Graysville, Sylvan Springs, Brookside, Mulga, Maytown, West Jefferson, Cardiff, Concord, Edgewater, Minor, McDonald Chapel and Forestdale.
