* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern Montgomery County in south central Alabama... * WHEN...Until 330 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 131 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Montgomery, Eastdale Mall, Auburn University In Montgomery, Lagoon Park, Gunter Air Force Base, Pinedale, Alabama State University, Alabama State Capitol, Montgomery Zoo, Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium, Boylston, Mount Meigs, Maxwell Air Force Base, Woodcrest, Hunter, Dannelly Field and Waugh.
