* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following county, St. Clair. * WHEN...Until 615 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 307 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ashville, Ragland, Ohatchee, Steele, Neely Henry Lake and I 59 Rest Areas At Oneonta.
