* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 745 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 538 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. This includes the following streams and drainages... Whitewater Draw, Leslie Creek and Big Bend Creek. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mainly rural areas of South Central Cochise County. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
