* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 645 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 339 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 0.7 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pearce-Sunsites and Cochise. This includes the following highways... Route 191 between mile markers 55 and 66. Interstate 10 between mile markers 327 and 332. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
