* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...West Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 1045 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 740 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 0.7 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Whetstone, Huachuca City and Fairbank. This includes the following highways... Route 90 between mile markers 308 and 312. Route 82 between mile markers 51 and 62. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
