* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... South Central Graham County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 415 AM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 220 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. This includes the following streams and drainages... W A Wash, Wood Canyon, West Whitetail Creek, San Simon River, Hot Well Draw, O B Draw, Willow Spring Wash, Keating Creek, Oak Draw, Pinery Creek, Big Sand Wash, Owl Wash, Gold Gulch, Happy Camp Wash and Dial Wash. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bowie and San Simon. This includes the following highways... Route 191 between mile markers 88 and 100. Interstate 10 between mile markers 352 and 380. Route 186 between mile markers 343 and 347. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
