* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 930 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 637 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. This includes the following streams and drainages... San Simon Wash, Anegam Wash, Hickiwan Wash, Sikort Chuapo Wash, Tenmile Wash and Gu Achi Wash. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hickiwan, San Simon, Vaya Chin and San Simon West. This includes Route 86 between mile markers 66 and 82. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
