What the bulletin says to do
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Eastern Pima County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 715 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 407 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms in the Catalina Mountains, focused on the Molino Canyon area. This will cause small stream flooding in the Agua Caliente Wash and Molino Canyon, eventually draining into the Tanque Verde Creek. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. This includes the following streams and drainages... Agua Caliente Wash, Ventana Canyon Wash, Pantano Wash, Tanque Verde Wash and Sabino Creek. Agua Caliente Wash and Molino Canyon is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tanque Verde. This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations... Agua Caliente Wash from Soldier Trl to Fort Lowell and Limberlost Rd from Soilder Trail to Homestead Ave. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
