* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...East Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 645 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 348 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tucson, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, South Tucson and Tucson International Airport. This includes the following highways... Interstate 19 between mile markers 60 and 63. Route 86 near mile marker 171. Interstate 10 between mile markers 259 and 267. This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations...
