* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...East Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 600 AM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1208 AM MST, Between 1.5 and 2.7 inches of rain have fallen earlier this evening. Expect elevated flows exiting into the Pantano Wash through the overnight. This includes the following streams and drainages... Fortynine Wash, Gardner Canyon, Box Canyon Wash, Cienega Creek and Pantano Wash. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Vail and Corona De Tucson. This includes the following highways... Interstate 10 between mile markers 278 and 288. Route 83 between mile markers 41 and 58. This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations... Andrada Rd east of Wentworth Rd and Calle Rinconada Rd from Andrada Rd to Sahuarita Rd. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
