* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The Brawley Wash in North Central Pima County. * WHEN...Until 1215 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 821 AM MST, a stream gauge reported a heavy flow of rainfall runoff along the Altar Wash south of Three Points this morning. This flow will drain into the Brawley Wash and impact low-lying and poor drainage areas north of Highway 86 with small stream flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Three Points and Tucson Estates. This includes the following highways... Route 86 between mile markers 147 and 150. Route 286 between mile markers 28 and 42. This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations... Manville Rd at Brawley Wash. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
